To start a return or exchange request, please click here.

Customer may return product within 30 days of receiving items, based on delivered date shown by the tracking number. During the holidays, we extend our return window for all purchases made in November or December until January 15th.

Item must be returned in new condition with all original packaging and a tracking number provided to us upon sending item back. Shipping charge is not refundable. All return items must include customer name and order number; please contact us if you do not know your order number. 

Shipping charge

JessieJames Handbags offers Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal

JessieJames Handbags shall use any 3rd party shipper at its sole discretion, and makes no warranty express or implied as to the quality or adequacy of any shipping company or the successful delivery of the Goods to Purchaser. Purchaser agrees to assume all risks relating to any default by any third party shipping company. Purchaser’s specification of an ineligible or impossible destination for shipment results in forfeiture of the Payment Amount, without refund, and cancellation of the order, without credit or further recourse against JessieJames Handbags.

Order cancellation

Please email us immediately, should you wish to cancel, and we will advise you if we can stop the order. Note: Once the order has been shipped it is considered filled and shipping charges will apply.
