COVID-19 Update


To ensure the safety of our employees, order processing time may take longer than usual as we abide by strict safety protocols in our warehouse located in Vernon, CA. Please note that all shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays due to challenges posed by the pandemic, which may result in extended delivery times. We are currently suspending all expedited shipping options to account for any unforeseen delays.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding at this time as we work hard to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped out during business hours only, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Most retail orders are processed within 1-2 business days and wholesale orders within 2-3 business days, not including shipping transit time when your package leaves our warehouse.  

If there are any issues in fulfilling your order (e.g., incorrect shipping address, out of stock item), we will contact your email on file.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Vernon, CA. 

 

Shipping Information

We ship anywhere within the United States, with special rates for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Orders are primarily shipped via USPS for retail orders and FedEx for wholesale orders. 

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered, along with processing times as listed above. Please note, this is a rough estimate and this does not include unforeseen delays that may occur. Delivery times may take longer for destinations outside the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping fees are calculated based on total order weight and will appear at checkout. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice.


Shipping Disclaimer

Please note that we are unable to guarantee any customer shipping requests. Due to COVID-19, we are currently suspending all expedited shipping options as we are unable to guarantee the dependability of shipping carriers. We do our best to get your package delivered in a timely manner, but cannot foresee unexpected delays with 3rd party shippers (like Fedex, UPS, and USPS). 

Shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred are non-refundable. Please see our refund policy for more information.
