Not only are these Bags AMAZING QUALITY but so is the customer service! I had a small issue with the zipper and they were responsive and willing to help me and replace the bag! No other company would do that! I will continue to be a Jessie & James Handbag Customer!!

Cute but…
I bought this bag a couple weeks ago at Bass Pro in Springfield, Missouri. Today the zipper broke off keeping my wallet zipped inside. The strapped keeps stretching not staying in place. The zipper for the conceal carry keeps unzipped making my concealed carry exposed. No holster, just a Velcro strip that doesn’t hold the weapon securely.
