Lisa Concealed Carry Satchel

I purchased the bag for my girlfriend and I have a few ideas on how to make it better:

1) The flimsy leather holser needs to go. It’s 2026, let’s get rid of that and go with kydex. I replaced it with a kydex holser that supports a light and optic. Then I put adhesive velcro on the back of said holster so it stays in place. Works great and it is much safer for getting the gun out and back in again.
2) Put velcro on both sides of the gun pocket so the orientation of the gun is more customizable.
3) Make the zipper opening to the gun pocket a tiny bit bigger so it’s easier to draw without getting the optics or magazine base-plate caught up at the zipper.
4) Add some more pockets that are dedicated for things like OC, flashlights, pocket knives, kubotan, etc.. These things require proper indexing just like a gun does.
5) I added a decorative chain to the zipper so there is something for her to grab onto in order to get the zipper open in high stress situations. We all know that fine motor skills decrease in a fight, so I want her to be able to get that gun out without having to look for a tiny little zipper. With a chain there, she can use her gross motor skills to get the bag open and get the gun out.

All things considered, the bag is very nice looking and my girlfriend loves the style. The quality is great and it will absolutely serve its purpose. I hope the suggestions help.

First time using it and the strap just breaks off. Didnt even make it out the door.

It has lasted just over a year before it started to come apart. I frankly expect more from a bag at this price point.
