I bought a Rebecca crossbody bag from a Bass Pro Shop some distance from my home. Within several days of carrying it, the stitching holding the small D ring attached to the strap came undone. I e-mailed Jessie James Handbags, hoping they could tell me how to restitch it, but they sent me a new bag! Excellent customer service, I'm very pleased.
