The only thing I'll say about shipping is that the purse was bent in half and stuffed into my mailbox. It was hard to get it out and it took several days for the bent purse to fully unbend/stay unbent.
The design isn't quite right. It is a HUGE purse. I don't need one this big. Way too big! It makes the purse awkward, cumbersome, and with the conceal in it gets to be a bit unnecessarily heavy. Feels like another diaper bag to wield around...which isn't a bad idea...a conceal carry diaper bag. Sometimes I do forgo my purse altogether and just put my absolute necessities thrown into the diaper bag to reduce the amount of luggage. Some situations you just can't have as much stuff around. Can you please offer a purse like this one with about half the size or almost half size? Also, a conceal carry diaper bag with the insulating liners, compartments, etc.
Quality and comfort is excellent. I'm the kind of person that likes the conceal on the front and have come to enjoy the opening on the back for the purse aspect. It suits me. However, my other complaint about design is the bottom. I appreciate that bottom is designed for keeping the purse upright and not easily flop over. However, it is huge! A very large platform. The bottom back of it, it curves and creates a ridge that sits on your back. Can you smooth out the back, curve the back just a bit more so you don't have this bar sitting on right on your back but slightly more towards the front, reducing the platform a bit?
Great materials used especially the metal pulls. Padded or widened shoulder pads, at least a velcro add-on, would be appreciated. Maybe some more zipper or pouch compartments on the inside would be appreciated. I like the inside being a little lighter in color so you can see inside the purse better. Maybe even brighter still, would be better.
